THREE TIPS, ONE SECRET
Madonna, 49, has some suggestions she’ll share about how to keep a youthful appearance, but she won’t tell all.
First, here are three tips she’ll talk about, according to this recap of her interview with Life & Style magazine:

Exercise. “I’d exercise three hours a day if I had nothing else to do.
Avoid sun damage. “I’m obsessive about staying out of the sun.”
Facials: “I swear by oxygen facials.” It’s a procedure that she has promoted on her Web site, but is “snake oil” in the opinion of Dr. Christopher Zachary, head of the UC-Irvine Department of Dermatology, quoted in The New York Times.

Plastic surgery. “I’m not against plastic surgery, I’m just against discussing it,” she says.
