WHOSE ARE REAL? WHOSE ARE FAKE?

The “best breasts” in Hollywood are at least 20 percent fake, and perhaps as many as 70 percent are, according to celebrity watchers and plastic surgeons.

Of the Top 10 in a new “best breasts” poll by In Touch magazine, the stars most securely in the “definitely not” category are Tyra Banks, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Aniston – although not everyone believes it. Megan Fox is a “probably not.”

In the “oh, yes” category are Carmen Electra and Audrina Patridge, who are admitted or obvious beneficiaries’ of plastic surgeons’ implanted enhancements. Katherine Heigl goes into the “probably” category.

From 1 to 10, here’s a run-down of the likely and unlikely implant recipients on the list of celebrities’ Top 10 “best breasts”. Click on the thumbnail images for enlarged photos and captions:

1. Jessica Simpson. MAYBE

Plastic surgeon and blogger Tony Youn said she has apparently had “a breast augmentation (B’s to D’s), rhinoplasty (like sister Ashlee), and multiple lip augmentations.”

“Jessica Simpson is the frequent subject of rumors about having a breast augmentation, but this rumor is not confirmed,” said Plasticopedia.

2. Tyra Banks. NO

She has not only denied having implants, she has demonstrated it.

But a nose job? Probably.

3. Scarlett Johansson. NO

She threatened to sue US Weekly when it suggested that she has turned to plastic surgery.

4. Carmen Electra. YES

“Former ‘Baywatch’ babe and Playboy Playmate Carmen Electra increased her bust size from 32B to a 36C, after her then-boyfriend B-Real of Cypress Hill purchased breast implants for her,” Plasticopedia said.

ContactMusic.com reported:

Carmen Electra hated her breasts after getting massive implants, because she was talked into getting bigger boobs than she wanted. The sexy Baywatch actress … claims it took her time to adjust to her new voluptuous figure. She explains, “I didn’t like it at first. I really didn’t want to go as big as I ended up going. “It was nice that I didn’t have to wear a push-up bra anymore, but I could have left myself alone. I didn’t need to do it.”

Dr. Youn added:

It is pretty rare to have a patient want to get as large as Carmen, but it does happen. It’s important for these women to realize that “the larger the implant, the faster they droop.”

5. Lindsay Lohan. MAYBE

She denies it, but plastic surgeons are skeptical.

Showbiz News said:

The ‘Georgia Rule’ actress - was reported to have had her breasts surgically enhanced after recently being photographed with a fuller cleavage - is fed up with the constant speculation about whether she has gone under the knife to boost her bust.

She is quoted as saying: “I like my breasts the way they are. I read that I had breast implants and that I’d had my lips done too, which is such *****.”

But Plasticopedia stated:

Lindsay Lohan is rumored to have had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty (nose job). Additionally, Lindsay Lohan is rumored to have lip augmentations via injection fillers such as Restylane and Collagen.

The first breast augmentation Lohan had was when she turned 17. Some sources say that Lohan had two breast augmentations, with the second surgery being done to improve her breasts and achieve a more “natural” look.

Dr. Youn agreed:

She appears to have had her lips augmented on more than one occasion, and a breast augmentation seems likely given her recent rapid size enlargement.

6. Katherine Heigl. PROBABLY

Plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. John Di Saia of San Clemente said, “Breast implantation looks pretty likely here, as the recent images I have seen feature a much fuller breast than previously, with a typical implant shape.”

She told body-philosophy.net that she “isn’t planning to have any plastic surgery in the near future, but she isn’t against it either. ‘I guess it depends on the situation, depends on who you are, what you think about yourself how important it is to you. … In twenty years, I might use it.”

7. Audrina Patridge. YES

“Audrina Patridge’s breasts are enhanced,” Good Plastic Surgery said on the basis of a nude photo of the actress that were distributed online . “Judging from this photo, she has saline implants over the muscle. Nice job!”

Dr. Di Saia added, “They do look good because she didn’t go huge on her small frame and she knows that they get her blog exposure time.”

8. Jennifer Aniston. NO

She said her nose job was for a deviated septum, and she denies repeated rumors that she has breast implants:

As boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine. … Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don’t know what else to do.

I really am pretty happy with what God gave me.

9. Megan Fox. PROBABLY NOT

She has had a nose job, but probably not breast implants.

“Maybe; but if she did, she went small, which makes it hard to tell,” Dr. Di Saia said.

10. Beyonce Knowles. MAYBE

Dr. Youn believes her breasts have been surgically enhanced, citing what appears to be post-surgery scar tissue that’s visible in a 2006 photo:

Has Beyonce had a breast augmentation? This photo shows what might be evidence of a breast augmentation through the armpit. Breast implants can be placed most commonly through the armpit, underneath the breast, and around the areola. The implants are often placed through the armpit in people with darker skin, as this area is known to be resistant to keloid formation. Unfortunately, some people can develop a band of scar tissue which extends between the armpit scar and the breast implant pocket. It can even create a pulling sensation, and resemble a band such as may be seen here.

Plasticopedia said, “Beyonce’s alleged breast augmentation can be seen from comparing photos taken in 2002 and 2005 that show a substantial increase in her bust.” The site again quotes Dr. Youn: “She appears to have had a possible breast augmentation, which successfully enhances her otherwise naturally curvy physique.”
