Actress/heiress Paris Hilton, 27, says she hasn’t had plastic surgery, and never will.  It makes people look older, not younger, she claims.

She told TheDailyBeast.com:

I love being all-natural. A lot of girls who are 21, they have a lot of work done and they look 40. It ages you. And you’re going to have to maintain it.

By the time you’re 30, you’re going to look like you’re 50. By the time you’re 50, your face is going to fall off.

She won’t marry a man who’s had plastic surgery, for fear of what their children would look like, she said:

You marry someone and you think they look a certain way and then you have kids with them and you’re like, ‘Oh, the nose is completely different.’ It’s crazy nowadays.

Not all celebrity watchers believe Paris’s denials about plastic surgery. Jezebel.com, for example, thinks she’s had work done both on her nose and on her breasts.

The cosmetic-medicine site Make Me Heal suggests that she has had two nose jobs:

Paris Hilton is rumored to have had two nose jobs, one in 2001 to build up her nose’s bridge, and a second one to slim down the tip of her nose. It now looks like a bird-like tip.

Plastic surgeon/blogger Dr. Tony Youn believes she does not have breast implants:

Her larger breasts have always appeared to be due to fancy push-up bras, and not surgery. In an earlier post I commented on how she has been quoted saying that breast augmentation would “cheapen” her image. … Then again, does anyone actually care what she does???

Of course, a 27-year-old’s attitude to plastic surgery may change as she grows older. What’s your prediction?
