O.C. Register health reporter Courtney Perkes writes in an article today:

Two local doctors face state discipline for allegedly botching plastic surgeries, including a case where a woman woke up to discover she’d undergone a face lift and liposuction that she had not agreed to.

The California Medical Board this month filed accusations of gross negligence and incompetence against Dr. Harrell Edward Robinson of Anaheim Hills and Dr. Shir Miskinyar of Santa Ana. Each could face discipline ranging from a reprimand to loss of their licenses.
