Plastic surgeon sees problem with Miss Calif. implants

The new breast implants of Carrie Prejean, Miss California USA, are in an unnatural position, according to plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole of Newport Beach.
“The implants appear to be placed on top of the muscle, which allows you to see the outline of the implant more … making them look less natural,” he told the online “In Your Face CHAT” on May 6.
Prejean has been in the news because of her outspoken opposition to gay marriage, the revelation that she posed for topless photos, and the fact that she persuaded the state pageant’s organizers to pay for breast implants to improve her chances of winning the Miss USA competition. The photo above shows her in the swimsuit competition at last month’s Miss USA pageant, where she was runner-up.
“With placement [of implants] underneath the muscle, women can achieve a more natural-looking breast,” said Niccole, who is the founder and medical director of CosmetiCare in Newport Beach and Long Beach.
Prejean’s implants are also placed far apart, which creates a “a less natural-looking cleavage,” he said. “A submuscular placement will also help this problem as well,” he said. “The implant is able to be placed in a more natural anatomical position.”
Prejean, 21, is too young for silicone implants, but not for saline ones. Patients must be 22 years old for silicone implants, 18 years old for saline ones, Niccole said.

Who cares? She should have discussed everything with the doctor beforehand. If not, she can do something about if if she is not happy with it. To me they look like bolt-on’s(fake), but when she’s wearing clothes that aren’t as revealing you probably wouldn’t notice.

The Dr. has an eye for details!!! She does look older than 21, not that is bad. She sure has taken the brunt of all of California heartake her position on marrage. Only a strong powerful woman can stand up to that c@#$. I wish her much success.
